			Consumer Complaints The NCDA accepts consumer complaints against dealer members in writing. Although the NCDA cannot provide consumers with legal advice, it can act as a liaison between dealers and consumers in an attempt to reach a satisfactory resolution of automotive-related problems. If you have a complaint against an NCDA dealer member, please fax it to (214) 637-2630. Employment Program The association maintains an employment bank of applicants for various dealership positions. Dealers can call the NCDA office and request complete resumes of candidates.
